Our production base is located in the Talas region, where local kidney beans are grown. This guarantees a stable supply of kidney beans to the company.

We pay great attention to the quality of the products we supply. For that reason we have continued to modernize our technical capacity of our production base. We have installed a modern production line for cleaning and calibration of kidney beans. As a result our production capacity has increased by 50%.

Our production base has the following equipment: 

• Preliminary cleaning of kidney beans
• Calibration Equipment
• Vibrating table to separate unripe kidney beans in the production line
• Equipment to remove broken kidney beans
• Optical sorter SORTEX, equipped with the latest technology and intelligent functions. The equipment guarantees an output of clean and dry kidney beans of the highest quality
• Inspection table for quality control before packaging
• Polishing equipment, which significantly improves the presentation state of the product. After polishing kidney beans have smooth, shiny and clean surface. ABADA Trade LLC is the only company in Kyrgyzstan which exports polished kidney beans.
• Automated packaging equipment, which allocated kidney beans into bags of 5 kg to 50 kg.
